There's no A/C in the room and this should be stated clearly before booking. The room is non-smoking, but there is cigarette butt under the tesk. This is not the first time staying with this hotel, but this would definitely be removed from our choice of hotel list in the future.

Low quality

Terrible beds and very uncomfortable pillows old TV with only channels in Germán . No safety box and no Fridge in the room . Cleanness is really poor specially in the bathroom area . Only positive thing about this hotel is the location near to many restaurants, supermarkets, train station and Frankfurt convention center. The price for the room is excessive for the bad condition of the hotel . Never go back .

The hotel is near the Frankfurt/ Main main train station, it's a very busy area and not the cleanest. We arrived by train and then just walked to the hotel. The path to the hotel isn't the greatest, it was night and we saw a bunch of crazy people out on the streets. The hotel itself seemed fine, we only stayed one night to go to the airport the next day. Staff was very friendly. The rooms seemed simple, we asked for 4 people, but the beds seemed for 3, we managed. Hotel breakfast was wonderful! Things we didn't like were that the elevators stop in the middle of the floors, so you have to carry your luggage up and down, not so fun. In the bathrooms, the soap dispensers are installed higher up which was hard for our kids to reach. Again, a simple hotel to pass through for a night, nothing special, but the price still too high.

Ficamos decepcionados com este hotel. Já ficamos em outros Ibis Styles em outros países, e eram muito bons. Ficamos no Ibis Styles de Zurich, por exemplo, e era excelente! Este de Frankfurt realmente não condiz com o padrão da rede, por isso para nós foi uma surpresa ruim quando entramos no quarto. A começar pelo carpet, muito velho, desbotado. Todo o quarto, de uma maneira geral, deixava a desejar, parecia um quarto velho!!! Chegamos cansados e precisando de um banho e para nossa surpresa o ralo do box/chuveiro estava entupido. Um nojo! Meu marido desceu para explicar para o atendente a situação e pedir que nos colocasse em outro quarto melhor, mas nos disseram que não havia quarto vago no hotel para mudança. O atendente subiu para ver a situação e disse que não tinha o que fazer. Mesmo vendo aquela água toda represada (acho que mais de 4cm de altura), não nos deram solução naquela noite. Somente no outro dia que enviaram um encanador para resolver o problema. Sobre o café da manhã, era bom, com várias opções, mas nem de longe era o que tivemos no Ibis Styles de Zurich (lá sim, era maravilhoso o café, o quarto, etc). Enfim, ficamos bastante decepcionados com o hotel, pois esperávamos muito mais da rede Accor e do Ibis Styles. Por ser um hotel de rede, o padrão deveria ser mantido, independente da cidade/país. E a questão do ralo entupido é algo indesculpável! Jamais poderiam colocar hóspedes em um quarto que tem esse defeito.

중앙역과 가깝지만 호텔의 전반적인 시설이 모텔수준이고 카펫이나 침대 머리맡 등에 먼지가 많았고 샤워부스며 샤워기의 상태도 좋지 않았습니다. 수건도 오래되어 보였고요. 이비스라는 이름만 사용하는 모텔수준이었습니다. 하지만 조식은 깔끔하니 괜찮았습니다. 직원들도 친절했고요

Tout est très bien. Près de la gare mais calme, personnel très agréable, bonne literie, petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Seul hic, il faut gravir un étage avec sa valise. Heureusement, le personnel s'en est chargé sans problème (j'ai 73 ans).
