There was hot water at the sink but only like warm water in the shower. I think the temperature limit stop was not set correctly. The desk staff said they would notify maintenance. Overall this was a good stay. The exterior of the property definitely needs some landscaping done. The corridors and stairwells are dated and a bit worn but clean. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is evident that the property is in transition but moving in the right direction. There were fresh baked cookies and coffee in the lobby at check in.
