We love here so much! The location is so close to everything important here;The rooftop restaurant is so beautiful and starts with a delicious and delightful breakfast for a new day is wonderful! The staff are very helpful and we went to ask them all the advice to tour or Turkey bathing, very much enjoyed! Our room has been upgraded as we stay here four nights. I would suggest our friends or family members come to stay here!

Comfortable accommodation with family atmosphere

Stayed 7 nights, happy with our choice of the hotel. Staff very friendly and responsive, very good breakfast on roof top restaurant with great view of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus. Location ideal for most important Old Town sights.

My wife and I recently stayed at Dersaadet Hotel in Istanbul, and without a doubt, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had the best service possible. They pay attention to every detail, making you feel like you’re truly valued. On our check-out day, there was a marathon happening in the city, causing significant traffic delays, and our driver’s arrival was delayed as a result. As I waited in the lobby, I chatted with a couple, and once our car arrived, we rushed to the airport as we were already running late. However, just as we were about to leave the hotel, I received an urgent message from the hotel staff informing me that I had possibly left behind a small bag containing our passports! It would have been impossible to return to the hotel due to the road closures, and we feared we wouldn’t make our flight in time. But the hotel staff, particularly Ilhan at the front desk and the hotel manager, Ozan, went above and beyond to help. They arranged for one of their team members to take the tramway and meet us on the way. Within 30 minutes, this young gentleman had reached us and returned the bag. Thanks to their incredible support, we managed to catch our flight just in time. This level of dedication and customer service is truly exceptional and hard to find anywhere else.

Dersaadet hotel is echt compact hotel. Top service Service van personeel is uitmuntend, zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam Mijn complement aan iedereen vooral aan dame die ontbijt makt en man (volgens mij zijn naam was Nima) die bij receptie werkt. Ligging hotel is op top locatie dicht bij Blauwe Moskee. Uitzicht op dakterras is fantastisch. We komen zeker een keer terug.

Friendly staffs, hotel within walking distance to sightseeing locations but it's located on a quiet street. We stayed at the corner suite , the room is very cozy and it has amazing water view. Also hotel comes with breakfast , it's situated on the roof top with breath taking view.

Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff most of them know really great english. Breakfast was small but great quality with some new surprices every morning (4 nights stay). Location is good, walking distance everywhere. Quieter neighbourhood.

It is a very nice hotel, located in the center of the old city on a quiet street. All major must-see sights are within walking distance, staff members are very friendly and helpful; rooms are clean. There is a refrigerator and an electric kettle in the room with variety of tea bags and coffee free of charge. The breakfast was not bad: eggs, potatoes, cheese, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, olives, bagels, pastry and cereals, sweets. And also some Turkish dishes( salads and paste), which was sufficient. Beds were comfortable and the price was very reasonable. There is a small market near the hotel, so we were able to buy fresh strawberries, mulberries, walnuts and dried figs: all of them were delicious! I wish I had them in Houston!
