I stayed at this hotel for a one-week vacation, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The initial room assigned to me was fine; however, the queen-size bed was too soft for my back. The next day, I spoke with the front desk and explained my situation. They were very understanding and promptly assisted me. They even allowed me to try beds in different rooms before making a selection. I was then moved to another room with two queen-size beds, and I chose one that was slightly firmer and much more comfortable for me. I am very satisfied with my stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites San Francisco Airport Oyster Point. Thank you very much. The food was overall good; however, the scrambled eggs were a bit watery and lacked firmness. The hash browns were also too hard and dry. Aside from those items, everything else was great.

Awesome Hotel

It is one of the most comfortable and relaxing hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Moving my daughter into her college dorm was exhausting, but coming back to the Fairfield Marriott was like coming back home with such comfy beds. The cleanliness was incomparable even to really high end hotels I’ve stayed in.
