I had a great experience thanks to Rishi! He was very fast, consistent, and went above and beyond to work with my timing. I was even able to keep the same room with a different reservation because of his help. Since I was new to the location, I didn’t really know what to do, but Rishi guided me through everything and made the process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service — truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness!

Felt like motel then a hotel. Quite a few people hanging out outside smoking weed, and someone urinating in the bushes. Got into the room and the top cover had a cigarette ash burned hole in it. The cherry on top were the roaches running around in the restroom and the roach poop was were in certain spots.

Bathroom floor was gross. Ceiling in shower had parts coming off - desperately needed repairing. Bed was fine. I guess I shouldn't have expected more for the price, but it just felt dirty.
