Very clean and refreshingly nice personnel! Excellent location with included shuttle service to the airport. Not much regarding dining options in the area (Waffle House) - but a very good value overall. And, the nice folks enhanced the stay a great deal. Decent coffee. Mattress felt a bit bumpy/worn, but linens were very nice.

Best service Ever!!
Wow! Great service at the Hotel. There was a problem with Hotels.com. The date of check in was changed and confirmed with the hotel but they had no record of the reservation at the hotel. Nancy and Daniel did their best to resolve the issue but Christina was called in to take care of it. (New software system) The hotel employees were very accommodating. We were given a free drink at the nearby bar. Adam the bartender was fantastic! We stayed and ordered a meal. Again. Fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I don't think I have had more friendly service anywhere!! Thank you Nancy and Daniel, for doing all you could to resolve the issue. And thank you Christina for getting it done! Great price for long term parking and free shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle service was on time, 4am, and professional. I give this hotel a 10+ and will not hesitate to stay here again!

I’m really glad I chose this hotel. I want to say how impressed I am with Christina—her communication has been excellent. She’s responsive, easy to talk to, and always ready to keep the conversation flowing. Everything has felt smooth and natural, without any stress or frustration. Everything was great with the expecting of check in. Granted we did check in late (between 12am-1am), when we arrived we waited 10 minutes before someone checked us in. We tried saying “excuse me” to see if anyone was in the back room and got no answer. We called the main phone and it just kept ringing and nobody got up to get it. Finally, I went on the Hilton app and messaged for help and she must have been alerted then that someone was waiting to be checked in. All of this didn’t bother me so much, but what bothered me most was that she didn’t even apologize that we had been waiting. She walked out from the back room (which was a second walk to the desk) and just stared at me until I said something.. not even a “I’m so sorry or how can I help you?” This part was a poor experience. But the facility overall was great!
