This hotel has an amazing location! The pier is stunning and you can wake up with an ocean view from your bed and get amazed watching huge boats getting dragged to the pier. The room has a mini-split and a fan in the room which helps with keeping the room cool. The room was very clean and a newly remodeled older hotel in the Port boardwalk. Walking distance to everything and short drive to Boca de Rio.

The view was on the one side. The rooms are run down and ours was smelly like drainage. The hotel is nice on the outside and in the corridors but the rooms need an overhaul. It seems that the last time the rooms were renovated was at least 20 years ago. The staff is nice, the location is great as you can access a variety of restaurants and local dancers etc.

Coffee ist decent but tee is simply a disaster (no idea why?) Breakfast on Weekend days is absolute mess, especially the time around 9:30-10:00 is better be avoided :(

The pool area was nice but the outdoor bar seems permanently closed, which was disappointing. Also, the Tradewinds can make the pool difficult to enjoy so consider that when booking.
