Check in was a disaster. Took about an hour. Maybe it was a bad day. Not a full-service hotel: no reception, no one to call about anything -- though the pricing is that of a full-service hotel. I wrote to the management to enquire. No response yet -- so I guess that also shows this hotel is "not ready". The room was nice, and the breakfast, at an adjacent hotel, was good.
