Complete FRAUD!! It’s a CRACK HOTEL and NOT NEWLY RENOVATED. Mold on the ceiling, multiple cracks in ceiling broken furniture that looks as it was picked up on the road side! And I have pictures and VIDEO! I checked in, checked out 5 minutes later. You COULD do yourself a favor and sleep in your CAR.I contacted corporate office sent the video and they are investigating immediately. I hope they loose the clarion name! DO NOT STAY THERE!!

The hot tub was not working. That is the only reason I chose that hotel. I was going to cancel I couldn’t because I would’ve had to lose the money for the room. I think Hotels.com should have a way of canceling a room if there is something that is not acceptable without losing any money. When a property is advertised as having a certain amenity like a hot tub and it is not working, that should be noted somewhere and I should’ve been able to cancel my reservation without losing money
