First, the main thing: the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. Unfortunately, that was the only thing that was really good.
There were a large handful of things I'd put in the general category of Annoyances. For example: 1) the light in the bathroom works only by motion-sensor...so it is all too easy to be in the bathroom for several minutes (like while taking a shower) and winding up in the Pitch Blackness of a room with no light at all. Good luck flailing your arms around madly to get the light to come back on while you're in the shower.
2) Several electrical nits to pick: the fan in the bathroom did not work; the lamp on the desk didn't work...I found it was not plugged in. Worst of all: one of the outlets in the main room had a broken faceplate, so a curious toddler could stick her fingers in to get a nasty shock. This didn't happen (I was alone), but I remember what my kids were like long ago.
3) Breakfast was meager but OK on my first morning. The second day, there was no OJ, no cold water, and no staff anywhere nearby to complain to. I left.
4) While I was having breakfast the first day, an unaccompanied dog wandered into the eating area and started sticking its nose in my pants pocket. I do not like dogs and am very allergic to them. There was no owner/handler anywhere nearby. I later deduced that the dog belonged to one of the staff.
5) None of the vending machines worked.
There were other problems, but I'm out of room.
2 or 3 stars out of 10.
