First off, the staff was very nice. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. The hotel was old and run down and dirty, mildew in the bathrooms. Room smelled of mildew. Carpets stained and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Wall paper was peeling off the walls. Maybe not so much the hotel issue because we love our fur babies but maybe have a designated area for animal rooms. Dogs barking and howling all night. Very poor quality

The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. The lobby was nice. The hotel is conveniently located next to the freeway. Very dated and in need of repairs. The wallpaper in the hall and in our room was peeling. This is a pet-friendly hotel and you could tell. Our room was on the 1st floor. As soon as we entered the hallway we could smell a strong dog odor. It makes sense that they would put people with dogs on the first floor (easy access to outside for potty breaks), but don't put people without dogs on that floor. Just a suggestion. We had a suite so the room was fairly spacious. The bathroom was tiny!! We aren't big people and we still had some trouble getting in and out of the bathroom because the door only cleared the toilet by 3" and the toilet was close to the wall. The shower head was awful. We didn't stay for breakfast. My husband did get me a cup of coffee but didn't get any food because the "buffet" was very small with minimal options. I'm giving 3 stars solely for the location and price for a room on New Year's Eve. Unlikely we will stay here again.

We stay here every time we come to Washington and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—it honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. The mattress clearly needs to be replaced. We barely slept and are now unsure if we’ll stay here again.

The carpet in our room had not been vacuumed at check-in. The bathroom walls were damaged and in serious need of repair, there were no towel bars anywhere in the room, on Day 2 of our six night stay we discovered ants coming up through a hole in the bathroom doorframe, and we were not told at check-in that room service only occurs every third day of each stay. Despite this, our room was not cleaned until Day 5. The breakfast offerings had degraded in quality since our prior stays at this facility.

The room was nice. It was pretty clean. We usually wipe down with clorox wipes because I am immunocompromised. We did find some dirty areas but that is us and an extreme. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots around for dinner or breakfast. We would stay again.

The breakfast was out of stock on monday, well before the ending time. The eggs looked awful. And only had biscuits and gravy tuesday. Should be every day. Tuesday was better. Just kinda a crumby breakfast there. Went to Mc'Ds. I have used Hotel before when its was under a different name. Love the pet friendly. Love seeing pets there with their people, especially as an AKC field agent. Front desk was very helpful. Rooms very clean, and I carry a black light since I'm hoteling it 52 weeks/year
