Room is comfortable and a great size (Paris rooms are always small), immaculately clean and well appointed. Shower is large with great pressure. Only thing I’d suggest was bigger towels! Our room was awesome BUT... the fridge didn't work and even though we asked twice it was never fixed so we couldn't keep food in the room. otherwise we loved the place. Delta lost my luggage. The wonderful lady at the front desk was so kind and gave excellent directions to shopping to buy a few clothes. The hotel staff was wonderful, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. It is across the street from Gare d'Est which made it very convenient to access the Metro.
