Cute historical hotel, lots of charm. The floors were wonky which I thought was pretty unique and cool since it’s an old hotel. Lots of homeless nearby, but that’s to be expected downtown Portland. Security to get in the building is secure and I felt safe. There’s a pub next door with good food. I thought the $55 overnight parking was crazy so we parked at a nearby lot and walked. Shampoo was stinky, but the shower and water pressure was phenomenal. No fridge, since it’s full of mini bar things, no microwave. Bed was cozy and despite other reviews calling it noisy, it was a very quiet night. Very clean hotel I would stay here again. Staff was very friendly. Air conditioning and heater worked great.
