We stayed at this hotel on our trip from New Orleans to Houston. The hotel was very conveniently located with easy access to and from the major roads. The hotel is not situated near any particular attractions, but it is located along a main road with shops and more nearby. The hotel itself is somewhat dated, but everything was functioning. Unfortunately, the fitness room did not meet expectations; for example, the treadmill was out of order. On the positive side, there was easy parking at the property and a quick check-in and check-out process.

I was unimpressed with the hotel...front staff was not very friendly...room was small and we got one roll of toilet paper and one tiny bar of soap...this hotel is not in a very good area...pool was also uninviting by the looks of it... figured all Best Westerns were nice but this one's not...won't be back

Slept well as it was very quiet. I ordered a king-size bed but it was a bit smaller. There was no comforter just the sheets tucked under. The side door to parking lot did not work and we had to walk to front of the office- that was annoying. Ac worked but still felt a bit warm. Nice size room. The shower head was facing high and out so when we turned it on, all the bathroom floor got wet, very slippery. We had no extra towels for that. Otherwise we did sleep well.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. dDdn't care for their continental breakfast. They just weren't on top of things. We got there 8 o'clock to eat , no scramble eggs,a few sausages,coffee was out. I had the last packet of oat meal. They just didnt keep up with making food, that's how I saw it.

The charge of $10 to be able to take a plate back to your room is a bit much especially when the eating area is small so even when there’s no where to sit you either have to stand up or go back and wait till hopefully you can get to sit
