The hotel itself is very beautiful, but the rooms have very thin walls so if you need peace and quiet this might not be the best choice. The bathroom smelled bad. But the worst thing was that there was a really rude cleaner. And afterwards several things were missing from my room. I expected much better from a hotel that i marketed as luxury. I've had better breakfasts in hotels with less stars.

We had a lovely stay except for one noteworthy problem. Our room refrigerator did not work (and had a bad odor). We asked for a repair or replacement but despite repeated requests during our six day stay, nothing was done. At check out they offered an apology, but no discount for our inconvenience.

It's like a rabbit warren. The restaurant and bard closed as it was a public holiday with no notice. The whole town was closed finally found something to eat, shower in the morning was so hot it , burnt skin, booked a best room which was in the roof and very hard to negotiate his head.Lots of things everywhere, breakfast quite organized. Happy to leave.

Don't stay here

Location was supreme. However that is about the only nice thing. Wifi was unusuable, dropping every other second. Bed was very narrow, and unsuitable for two people. Breakfast was disorganised, with very dry buns and not enough space. Will not return. Oh, and you are not allowed to open the windows in the room.

Jättefint och mysigt rum med fin inredning och vackert och fräscht badrum. Tyst och lungt - vi sov som stockar-:) . Fin byggnad och bra läge i centrala Lund - nära alla butiker och restauranger etc. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter, men det kostade extra att stå i hotellets arrangerade parkeringshus, vilket kan vara bra att veta i förväg. Annars kostar det att även stå parkerad på gatan dagtid. Väldigt bra service och trevlig personal. Vi glömde en liten spegel i badrummet , och personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och vi fick tillbaka den snabbt och effektivt. Tack för en väldigt trevlig vistelse!

Dyrt boende, stort behov av renovering, liten frukostbuffet, man behöver gå runt med en nyckel som är enorm, långsamt wifi, minimalt gym, ingen fungerande a/c. Det var varmt på rummet i mitten av oktober, men man får inte öppna fönstret. Hade varit helt ok om priset var en tredjedel av det jag fick betala.
