One of the great hotel we stayed at in the past 18 days in Europe. Staff are friendly. It's near to the train and bus station. It's walkable area. I just wish that their electric drying rack works. They also have stunning view from our balcony.

Very helpful, Friendly and made sure all our needs were met… hotel is conveniently located in town which included restaurants.

8/10 Very good

It’s an odd retro structure for the location. Chose it for the AC, clean room reviews, and price - it satisfied all requirements. It’s not beautiful or charming, but we only slept there, and we slept well. We were only in town 1 night. Totally adequate place, good location. It was so hot, I wouldn’t have traded our stay for a cute boutique hotel with no AC, which is most common for the area, EVER!

All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, very close to West Bahnhof. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Interlaken.

Everything was very good especially the breakfast. Perhaps the swimming pool could have been a degree or so warmer! Will definitely stay here again
