The stay was fine. Once I got a room. The directions were all wrong and they kept sending me to a dead end!! Once I called the hotel and talked to them I was able to find it. Staff said “ when you arrive you will have to wait until I can find you a room” don’t call the number or anything but I will be right there. Waited over 20 minutes and it was such a slow process gave me a big spill of the process and asked me to stop by at checkout!! I did not as when I was leaving again the desk was closed off just like when I arrived. No thanks!
