Front desk representative was super helpful with letting us use the office refrigerator and freezer and there was plenty of parking for our trailer but everything else was sketchy. Either the sheets were permanently stained or they needed to be cleaned, bathroom light was flickering, towels were literally shredding, drapes had holes and comforter needed to be replaced. We slept on top of the blanket with our clothes on.

The room was very poorly taken care of! The bed covers were full of cigarette burn holes, there was no mattress pad on the bed and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Upon arrival in the bathroom the soap was open and on the Opened package. There was 1 bath towel and the floor in the bathroom had severe water damage. The TV remote did not operate the TV and the batteries were taped on. The security lock had nothing to attach to…it had been broken off. We had reserved 2 nights but after the first night we had to find another place.

It's efficient, inexpensive, clean, excellent customer service and always respectful. Staff are responsive and available. Newest owners/management has to know 10 stars outta 5 cuz the Motel 9 now is the place to rest .. your head, feet, yourself. Clean, quiet, professional n private. So come rest n respect respect.

Don’t bother here they kept my deposit over towels that got dirty from being on the floor. Mind you two days spent and not once was the towels Changed shower didn’t work right for a non smoking room it smelt like smoke staff had a attitude

Clean, quiet, great management that truly oversees everything very efficiently and courteously. Hats off to the management for her takeover and makeover of a once almost abandoned to the public motel 6, turned into a 9. Motel 9. With more problems. Now it's the place to go and rest n recoup.
