A good bed, a good shower, quit, clean warm rooms with a nice view. Service could be better. Some of the staff didn’t master the Dutch language. What I didn't like was that they left my door open once after the first clearing. Anyone could have walked in. Also the soap dispensers were both empty on arrival. It took the staff a while to fix it. But all in all I liked my stay.

If possible, STAY AWAY from this property; after adding all the extras, it would be possible to stay in a better property. They want to charge for everything. I requested breakfast for 1 day (I paid for it, for 8 guests), at the check out they wanted to charged me 125 euros more for breakfast for the 2nd day, I told them that we did not requested, so we did not the the 2 ladies in the front stated that I MUST Pay even though I did not requested because they did not have a way to prove that; that's so stupid, so I told them, "Is everyone required to have and pay breakfast here even if the guest does not want to"?, they 2 ladies confirmed "YES". I even mentioned that on the first day, only 1 guest went to the breakfast area, and since it was not good, the other guests did not go, which is true; the breakfast is expensive and of poor quality. Very bad experience, and seriously be adding all the extras, I ended up paying the same amount that I would have paid at the Hilton by the airport. The rooms were not that clean. The customer service experience was mixed, with some having a great attitude and others not that great. The lights in the rooms were broken, I requested a replacement, never arrived. I would never go back to this place, and would never recommend it for future trips.
