Easy and clean

Easy, good and clean. We booked last minute and late night on a road trip. We needed a last minute place to sleep. Easy check-in even after midnight with a phone call and a lock box. Clean and good. Recommended.

2/10 Poor

It felt like a motel. No one took responsibility of anything. I had to ask four times for an iron and a board, first at checkin late night and they couldn’t help me and later in the morning with no help. I had to follow the receptionist to the supply room in the basement to get it after four requests. It is not serious for a Radisson Blu hotel. I expect way better service. There is literally the mentality of “it’s not my job” rather than “I will try to help you”. I will not go here again. The rooms were also not properly cleaned.
