Customer service was poor. Went down for breakfast at 9.30 and was all packed away and the staff was eating breakfast. Try to ask for a refund and was told sorry dont speak english

During my stay at the hotel, there were three things that I did not like: 1.- They don't have enough parking spaces, I had to leave my car on the street, several blocks away from the hotel 2.- The invoice they gave me at the hotel does not match the amount I paid through EXPEDIA 3.- One day I had to take a cold shower because the water heaters failed.

Und ein kurzer Hinweis an B&B: Beim Self-Check-In mussten wir 1x Parkgebühr anklicken, obwohl nicht genutzt. Ein Hinweis dazu, sich später an der besetzten Rezeption zwecks Rückerstattung zu melden, hätte man erwartet.
