The room was spotless, & the front desk girl WAS SOO NICE. I was a trailer in my pickup which is very scary for me and she came out and showed me exactly where to park. Then she helped me carry my bags into my room which was right across from where I parked. She was so unbelievably nice. I had a ground floor room and a king size bed and the room was just beautiful and looked so inviting. And because of hotels.com and the little credit that I had with you guys I got the room for almost $40 less than I would have gotten if I would have just walked in.

The room was discussing. Walls needed painted, doors front and bathroom were covered with dirty greasy hand prints and who knows what. Baseboards were filthy. Tables needed to be wiped down. I will never stay there again. Everyone in my group had the same issues and some more with their rooms.
