Great location for me with easy access to centre and RAI via tram network. Breakfast has a reasonable choice with GF bread on request which was tasty. The staff are great and a big call out to both Thomas and Gandy in the bar (with their team). Old Fashioned Cocktail is a must and these guys make it look so easy. Pool quiet each morning and sauna relaxing. Great time and thanks all.

So so hotel. Location was 3 tram stops from Central so not in town but convenient for transport. Generally clean but greater greats of the bathrooms downstairs would be a good idea. Room ok but could be so much improved by a few changes -lighting near wardrobe, less visibility into toilet (!) better towels. Housekeeping was decent some days and like a sulking teenager had been asked to make the bed on others. Didn’t get to try the spa

Inspite having reserved double bed( "king size") well in advance plus reminder a few days prior to arrival got two small single beds which were not comfortable. Room rather dark( not much daylight as small window), door to room very heavy to open( like a watertight door on an old ship!). Bathroom comfortable and breakfast good. No hotel parking, only a public a few minutes walk from hotel with lots of reminders on thiefs!

17th floor- spa room. Hotel was lovely and clean. Room was beautiful with an amazing view of the city from the top floor. The only downside would be that although they provide tea and coffee in the room you have to ask for cups and milk and then cleaners take dirty mugs but don’t replace them. And for paying a bit extra for a more premium room having toiletries like shampoo and conditioner would have been a nice touch. Other than that, staff were lovely, hotel was beautiful and the pool was an added bonus. Lots of roadworks and construction in the area but we didn’t hear anything in the hotel and it didnt impact us at all. Tram only a few minutes walk away into central station which was handy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

I bought the hotel as part of a package with flights, and it was €300 cheaper than booking separately. Only afterward did I start reading reviews on other websites, and they were quite negative. But when I arrived, the reception staff were very polite and always ready to help. The breakfasts include champagne, salmon, various types of cheese, eggs, pastries, vegetables, and much more. The views from the panoramic window are simply incredible. On my last night, I paid an extra €30 to upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. I highly recommend choosing a room with a jacuzzi, especially for couples.
