The pool was closed and the first room we were in was adjoining another one and the people were loud but the staff moved is to a better room. It was not the cleanest there were cob webs all over the ceiling and in the corners of the wall. Give the place a good cleaning and get the pool going and it will be a nice place to go.

The pool was closed. You have to search for a blanket on the bed. Phone didn't work. Breakfast was very cheap & cold. No..do not disturb sign. Clock radio was unplugged. No bag for dirty clothes. Just everything about this place was CHEAP... CHEAP.. CHEAP. DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY BUT PROVIDED NOT EVEN THE BARE ESSENTIALS.

This hotel is so dirty. It smells awful. There were dirty towels and washcloths. The bedding was dirty and full of other people's hair. Hairs that are not from a head but a nether region were all over the shower walls and floors. The mirrors look as though they haven't been cleaned since the place opened. Zero amenities including tissues. It should be condemned!

Given a dirty room, clerk was confused about checking in people. He did check out the second room before turning the pass key over. Mold in the shower, paint flaking while taking a shower. Clerk did provide amenities when asked. Had to ask for toilet paper, kleenex. Poor selection of continental breakfast. Unkept grounds, people sleeping in breakfast area. Clerk struggled to print receipts at the end of the stay. WAS DOUBLE CHARGED AND CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK

The initial room we were given was occupied, so then we were upgraded to much more spacious room which was perfect. Despite the initial issue, our stay was good. The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade as there was only roll of tissue paper and the Kleenex holder was broken. Got why I paid for and that’s fine!

When I booked my stay in January there were so many good reviews. I had high hopes. I checked in with my service dog, the front desk staff asked for paperwork (which is illegal), I informed him the ADA does not require any paperwork or certification which he insisted that he was given before. I let him know that this was fake and the issue wasn't pressed. Unfortunately, upon check-in I was given a room with no sheets on one bed, dirty sheets on the other and mouse poop everywhere. I was moved to a different room that had an overwhelming smell of smoke and mold, but it was clean-ish so I just let it be for a two night stay. The property itself was full of trash and there were people smoking in pretty much every room I passed. Breakfast was cold items only and dirty.

The pool was out of order, which is why I booked this location. Asked where the gym was. They said near the pool and the only thing that worked was a treadmill which was fine. Treadmill did not work. People hang out in their cars at all hours in the parking lot. Was woken up both mornings to people screaming in the hallways. Doors did not close which made it accessible to people who do not have a key. garbage everywhere in the parking lot. This place is a trap house.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This a ghetto trailer trash dump!! People slamming door all night walking up and down the hall yelling and screaming. The whole complex smells like weed constantly. If you want to live like Snoop Dog or Chech and Chong for a night or two stay here!! What an absolute disgusting dump of a hotel!!

Have stayed here 4 times now, and it is an excellent choice while visiting the U of Illinois. Not near the campus but an easy10 min drive. Very clean and quiet. Nice Hot Breakfast. At times a great value as well.
