8/10 Very good

The room was clean, the bed was adequately comfortable, It was what I expected for the price point.

The hotel is maybe not bad, but the location is bad! On the property were homeless people and there was one room where different people went in and out. We asked for a refund, because we didn’t feel secure and went to a different hotel.

Everything was great, but the neighborhood is a little rough.

2/10 Poor

The hotel itself was fine. Room was clean but we did not feel safe staying. There were homeless people wandering the parking lot and a crazy woman driving erratically in the parking lot honking her horn, parking her car poorly for a second and then continued to drive around. It also seemed like drug deals were going on there. We didn't end up staying. Very unsafe location.

For $90 it was a good room. Seemed pretty clean but a little old. Staff was very nice. The only issue is the homeless folks around the hotel but i feel that is a city of tucson issue that needs to get cleaned up

The staff here are very nice. The housekeeping department are some of the hardest working ladies i have come across in quite some time. You can tell they take pride in their work with how clean the rooms are. The maintenance crew also put in a lot of hard work behind the scenes at keeping this place looking presentable.

2/10 Poor

The last few days of my stay became a nightmare. I’m has staying at this location for close to a month. I had 2 different rooms the first room was better than the second one nice TV’s for any downtime I had but the mold in the bathrooms in both rooms, the internet not working in my second room at all I mentioned that to the desk clerk and he just looked at me stupid. If you like Prostitutes and drugs this is the motel to party at I guess. Do not stay here!!!
