The hotel looked nice and the rooms had everything you could need. But… there was a problem with my reservation and they no longer had a room for 3 people so we had to split in 2 rooms. That was okay in the end. But the biggest problem was the horrible smell in my room. We had a dog so we had reserved a room that is suitable for dogs. The smell of a dog in our room was so strong that our son refused to sleep there. Luckily we had two rooms at this point.

Good - with a little trouble

The hotel is situated right in the city center with very easy and quick access to the shopping street and also to the beach front. Nice restaurants in the area. The drawbacks are the breakfast and the lifts. The breakfast is very unorganized and there is not enough room to sit all guests. You have to wait in a relatively long line, and inside the breakfast room the various things are placed in a very peculiar order, that makes the lines even longer. The lifts are very slow and creates long waiting lines. One lift was out of order from Saturday afternoon through Sunday - leaving one lift for 13 floors. Not optimal.

Hotellet ligger centralt men lidt højt, så man skal op ad en bakke fra bysiden. Pæne men små værelser, og sengen er meget lille. Kun 140cm, så man skal ikke være særlig stor for at kunne ligge der. Morgenmaden er med i prisen. Men var en ganske forfærdelig oplevelse. Alt for mange mennesker på alt for lidt plads. En rædselsfuld larm af køkkenskramlen, vogne der flyttes rundt, 50 børn der skal bage vafler midt i det hele, madfade er tomme, ingen glas, kopper og tallerkener, da de simpelthen ikke kan følge med den menneskemængde, ikke nok siddepladser osv. På ingen måde en rar oplevelse. Det er både godt og skidt at tilbyde gratis morgenmad på et hotel. Vi vælger nok et andet hotel næste gang. Parkering: 28 euro for et døgn i p-hus ved siden af, men vi holdte på gaden ved siden af hotellet for 3 euro for et døgn med EasyPark appen! Bare et fif.
