Not a bad stay but was slightly frustrating. I am not sure why some of the options for "upgrades" are even listed on the website when realistically they're not actually available. You don't realize you didn't get it until you get there. . . I inquired about a dog staying with us before when I initially was booking the room. I was told by the online agent that the pet staying with us wasn't going to be an issue because it is at some hotels. I had asked if there was an added fee because sometimes its a hard no pet rule or an added fee and rightfully - ish so. When when I got to the counter, I was told its an extra fifteen dollars to check a pet in with us, after receiving this messaging from their customer support line ahead of time. Super confusing and misleading. I'll pay your $15 dollars but some consistency across the board would be ideal. Booking a room for four, 2 towels in the room. Asked for more and was told to visit the desk to get more.

This is a not so new motel with a dated look, but the room we were in was clean and provided exactly what we needed, a place to sleep. The check in staff was wonderful, and very apologetic calling to see if we were still coming (we were actually 5 minutes away, so that gave us all a good chuckle) The air conditioner in the room was a bit “clunky” and made banging noises when shutting down. I was skeptikal at first to be honest…but after the first night; i was impressed. I was at Stettler for a week and I chose to stay here the whole time I was there…i like it there…quiet, comfy, cozy, and comfortable! Had a relaxing rest to end the day!

In poor condition. TV had to be repaired Toilet was broken.We could not use the toilet our complete stay after the first flish. Door lock was in such bad condition we had to call the office numerous times to get out or in to the room.

I liked the people on the desk but I explained that the room tv did not allow access to tv stations . Note kept appearing that the tv was not connected. The lady at the desk said she would have someone check it out. Nothing changed and a different lady the next day said maybe the tv needed an internet connection. The tv did not work. As well, the radio did not work and room door was very difficult to open. Using the shower resulted in having water on the floor despite my taking care with the curtain. I have the impression that the property is not being well maintained .
