I was actually surprised with how clean this hotel was. And the staff were super friendly. Its in a very quiet small town and It’s a 30 min drive from the Zion Visitor center and has plenty of food and beverage locations. The only “negative” thing I have to say is it took me a little bit to figure out you have to point the TV remote behind the TV for it to work

The lobby looks and smell great. The rooms are another story. The carpet is so dirty that I wouldn't let me daughter walk on in bare foot. The hair dryer didn't work. Shower kept going between hot and cold and I was only in for 10 minutes. They allowed other guests to have a bon fire right outside of our room. They were drinking so got excessively louder and would play music. They did nothing about it. It went on until midnight. I'm a single mom and did not feel comfortable saying anything about it. I would rather risk falling asleep behind the wheel than stay at this place ever again. Oh, I attached the wonderful greeting left for us when we arriving as well.
