The main reason I gave a 3 was the first room we were given had a water leak, the second room the door did not close finally settled in the third room didn't realize until the morning that door also did not close the only reason I can think that this issue with the doors is because it's right by the pool and between the moisture and steam humidity maybe the wood is expanding and whatnot however I will see that the staff was very accommodating in professional and took care of what we needed to the best of their abilities

Airport shuttle pickup, breakfast (eggs, hash browns, sausage, cereals, bagels, waffles, yogurt, juices) there is a restaurant open for dinner, vending machine and snacks in lobby, garden and lots of seating in the middle of the first floor, pool, gym, my room was clean, very comfortable bed and pillow selection. Better than expected for the price! Great deal.

I would rate it higher but the air conditioning was heat only, the indoor pool was freezing cold, the eggs at breakfast were kinda gross, and the TVs were zoomed in weird. Other than that, everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the shower felt nice, the staff were VERY helpful and so was the airport shuttle, and the location is perfect for the price.
