Freundlicher Empfang. In der Dusche lagen noch schwarze Haare vom Vorgänger. An der Rezeption fragte ich nach einem zweiten Kissen, das wurde abgelehnt. Umgebung war mit offenem Fenster laut.

Hotel selbst nicht im besten Zustand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber etwas überfordert. Wir haben den korrekten Pin für den falschen Raum bekommen. Sauberkeit des Zimmers kann definitiv besser sein. Es waren Brösel auf dem Boden und das Bad voller Kalk. Check out war bis 12 Uhr, was sehr angenehm ist. Problem nur, morgens um halb 9 stand ein fremder Mann in unserem Zimmer. Wir haben nich geschlafen, er muss zum Putzpersonal gehört haben. Ich verstehe nicht, wie so etwas am Tag des Check outs passieren kann. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Ich war in deutlich besseren Hotels dieser Kette.

Sehr sauber. Check In und out sehr einfach. Badezimmer könnte wärmer sein, und ein Vergrößerungsspiegel wäre gut, ansonsten sehr gutes Hotel. Besonders praktisch, wenn man ein Event im PSD Bank Dome besucht, da direkt gegenüber.

Parkmöglichkeit sehr schlecht, mussten im Parkhaus gegen Gebühr parken. Besser wäre hier, die Parkgebühr bei Übernachtung, vom Hotel zu erstatten. Frühstück nicht so toll für den Preis, wie angenommen. Für kleinere Gäste (Erwachsene unter 150 cm) Brötchen, Joghurt nicht erreichbar (zu hoch aufgebaut).

Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen ein Familienzimmer gebucht und waren überrascht über den Standard (Betten, Größe des Zimmers, nahe Straßenbahn gut). Sauberkeit im Bad nicht perfekt aber alles im allen eine gute und vor allem günstige Unterkunft für unser Konzertbesuch in Düsseldorf.

Pluspunkte sind definitiv die Nähe zum PSD Dome und die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Minuspunkte waren die dauerlaufende Lüftung im Bad, der tagelang klebende Boden in der Lobby und dem Aufzug. Vermutlich bedingt durch die wenigen Reinigungskräfte. Fazit: Für eine Übernachtung, um eine Veranstaltung im DOME zu besuchen, absolut ausreichend.

LateNight CheckIn hat 1A am Automaten geklappt. Wir kamen direkt vom Flughafen und konnten uns in der Nacht super entspannen. Waren zu dritt in einem Zimmer. Lecker Frühstück mit Bioprodukten, für diese Hotelklasse top! Es war Nachferienzeit für das Bundesland, daher wenig los am Frühstück. Falls wir mal wieder ab DUS fliegen ist das eine Top Adresse die wir sicherlich wieder nutzen werden.
