Check in was extremely slow but the staff was nice. They had one elevator in service. My room didnt hv toilet paper. The facilities was not clean. Ive stayed here before but this was far from what im use to.

The hotel is dated - very very small claustrophobic bathroom - the door almost runs into the toilet - there were constant issues with the elevators while we were there - I had added an extra night to my reservation and alerted that to the check in clerk but it wasn't put into our reservation and stressed us out with calls about our items being left in our room when we had an extra night - it was a good location for our purposes but i will probably not stay there again.

It was a wonderful place to stay! The staff went over and beyond, was very friendly, and helpful! The only negative is that it needs updated a little and a little work done to improve the rooms.

The front desk staff were very friendly when I checked in. However, I was told by my DoorDash deliverers that they were not very helpful when it came to helping them find my room. The hotel was very outdated. My room was on the 3rd floor, and it was incredibly humid. I had the air on high to the coldest setting the entire time. The beds made that springing sound whenever you moved, and the pillows were probably 12 inches long and very thin. The hotel had a musty, damp odor to it. The pool was cloudy and greenish. I will say the breakfast was good, and the cleaning ladies made sure there were plenty of towels and the my room was tidied up each day.

Hotel is horribly outdated, dirty and hot. The thermostat in the hallway of the hotel read 81 degrees. The first room I was put in smelled like mold and was hot. After complaining I was moved to another room and there wasn’t much difference. Had the website displayed accurate pictures and an accurate rating I would have never booked there.

My stay was ok, however my room was not cleaned, no service to address my needs. Also, my family occupied a total of six rooms this stay and there was no services to offer clean towels, tissue or even clean our rooms. My family stayed for two days.

It started off rough because my mother is on oxygen and uses a walker and they didn’t tell us about the service elevator so she had to use steps. But wait! Chandler who is frickin awesome made everything better! Told us about using the service elevator and housekeeping staff is so nice!!! Chandler needs a raise he is the nicest!!!

Check in was for 3. I arrived at 330 bc sometimes they can run late. Room was not ready. They put me down in another poolside room although it was less expensive, money was not refunded. Room was hot, did not cool off until after 7. Bathtub was dirty, ice bucket, dirty. Room smelled of mildew. Although it was called a deluxe, there was nothing deluxe about it. Pool was cloudy, I could not see clearly through the water, there was also a lot of stringy hair and bugs floating in the water. I early checked out 5 hrs after checking in for a $150 room plus $50 deposit

Compared to my previous visit, this experience was exceptional—I would confidently give it five stars. Cutter provided outstanding service; he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay.
