This hotel is undergoing renovations. We checked in and immediately was informed that the elevator was not working and had to take a service elevator. Ran into a lady that informed us the service elevator had just broken down as well. We had to walk eight flights of stairs to get back to the lobby. All I can say is that the staff understood our concerns and helped us obtain a refund.
