The hotel is under construction. We had to be move rooms three times for a two night stay. The water cut out twice and the elevator stopped working on three different occasions; I am in a wheelchair and the elevator issues were by far the most significant issue. The staff were great and worked well with what they had. This is a facilities-only issue.
