My wife raved over the comfort of the bed mentioning the softness of the pillows. Our overnight sleep was achieved with absolutely no issues. Our only critcism would be that the hot breakfast was a little on the cold side, but the reason could lie in the fact that we came down after 9am and missed out on the warmth of the food. Other than that minor blip, our experience with your hotel was outstanding.
