The beds are hard, the pull out couch had a ripped pad on it, the TV had wires hanging down and I had to fix the cable box. The door lock was broken and the Heater/AC was so loud we had to turn it off and it was about 0 degrees outside.

First things first, I only booked three rooms and was charged for five which was OK because we ended up needing four rooms out of the five and they supposedly reimburse me for that or canceled it. Then we get to the room, our TV didn’t work nor did our phone, barely any lights in the room and the water pressure was terrible. Only good thing was the beds were comfy, but the breakfast was absolutely terrible.
