Check in was easy. Property was clean, a little dated but clean. The decor is rustic like that of a cabin retreat. It was very quiet and the room is spacious and comfortable.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. We could feel every spring in the mattress

The lodge was clean and staff was friendly. My only problem is that I have allergies and the room smelled very strongly of a Lysol type cleaner. It was making me wheeze. I switched rooms with my friend. That room was tolerable.

There is no elevator in this two story hotel. One member of the staff was surly and rude. When I asked for them to fix the TV Renate I was told that I should just go to sleep. I deserve a refund from this hotel.

The staff were great, room was comfy and clean, and the Continental breakfast was as expected. What I loved the most was that the lodge and rooms were finished out to look like a cabin. The room was really homey with wood everywhere but the ceiling. We also felt completely safe.
