Excellent!!

The staff was amazing when they found out I was disabled they gave us a handicap room instead which made my stay so much easier beings I had forgotten to put it in y booking that I was disabled!! They are working hard to get this motel fixed back up & I can't wait to see how it all turns out!!

Nice quiet nights sleep

It's better then Relax Inn

It was ok, breakfast sucked, and the owner tried to make me double charge for my room I got on this app, till I said i would call the cops if they kicked me out of a room I already prepaid for online...

Fantastic value for a very small budget price

This is a very quiet location considering it’s right on I 40. Very nice front desk night person named Damien and very nice front desk morning person named Blanca. They really made the stay lovely. It is an older hotel but they have kept it up very well considering it’s age.

This was a great place to stay for our needs, which was just a place to sleep during a 2 day road trip. The lobby was nice and it appeared to have a nice breakfast area (we left before service), but the rest of the hotel was more outdated. However, it met our needs just fine. We were a little concerned that there were railroad track right by the hotel, however, we never heard a train. Overall, it was a good place to stay as a layover.

We pulled up to the property and the parking lot was empty except for a group of men wandering around the motel. There was a Mexican flag hanging from the guest room window in the center of the hotel. I walked to the lobby which was empty and turned around and walked out. Frankly I was afraid to stay there. We left and did not stay the night. Had to find another hotel.

The upkeep of this hotel does not seem to be the best. When we arrived, we had to take the stairs due to the elevator being broken so it was burdensome unloading our vehicle for the night. Once we got to our floor the hallway was easily over 100 degrees and the room was not much better. The a/c ran all night while I sweated all night. By far my worst hotel stay ever.

Worst experience ever!!

I made a reservation for brentwood, drove up and down the road looking for it. The sign says encono lodge, not brentwood. when i got to the property the doors were locked, and nobody answered the phone. I tried for 2 hours to check in and nobody, nothing. It was 17 degrees outside, spent all my money on the reservation, ended up sleeping in my jeep at a truck stop. Tried to get in touch with the motel today, nothing. Trying still to get refunded, nothing so far. If ypur not going to be open for people to check in, you shouldn't advertise on hotels.com or other sites. False advertisement...

I did not like this property. I am surprised it is still open for business. The outside of the hotel is old. There are busted windows. The inside carpet is old and dirty. Dead bugs line the hallways. The elevator is broken. The rooms are slightly updated but the furniture is old, the bedding is questionable, and the floors were dirty. THEY.HAVE.BUGS. The tv did not work. The beds are lumpy. It was not a good experience.

Ugh. Icky inside but beautiful farm out back.

People often say “what do you expect for this price”. I have stayed in some very well taken care of places, with courteous staff and clean rooms. This was not one of them. The basic linens were clean. The top blanket had a cigarette hole in it, the top sheet over it had questionable stains. I woke up to a HUGE puddle from an unknown source besides a storm the night before. There are leak stains in the bathroom ceiling and the traffic in and out at all hours made it appear to be an hourly rental motel. The one positive was Maria Q. She was amazing, congenial, apologized for the puddle and said that they have 24 hour maintenance and we should have been told that and apologized for our issues. She made up for everything with her beautiful attitude and spirit!!!
