We booked for three days. The elevator was not working, and it was difficult for my husband, who uses crutches, and no one seemed to help carry the luggage. The room was very stuffy, so we had to open the window. No hair dryer was available, and the showerhead needs to be changed. Close to the train station, but it is quite far from the old town.

Didn’t find any flaws… booked two rooms and for two nights . Although the property looked old , still serve the purpose-able to sleep without the noise coming from outside, clean, very near the central station and the front desk is friendly and helpful.

Lift not working from many months

It was not good. As the lift was not working and the water was issue one day and others the water was not clean.The staff was not helpful at all. We had to take all our bags to second floor where we were allotted the rooms. I will never stay back there.

This place was under construction very noisy. Would have been nice if hotels.com had notified us of this and given us an option to change hotels. Very hot in the room had no view only of a fire escape with bird crap all over it. Elevator was out of order the dining room\bar was closed not a very nice hotel

I don't recommend it!

Hotel in a very bad location, I didn't feel safe walking around the neighbourhood at night, people were constantly staring at us. I saw people looking out to identify approaching police. The hotel also doesn't have a car park, so if you arrive late you have to walk back to the hotel because you need to find a car park nearby. The hotel in general is very old, the room is very old, the blankets are extremely small for an adult, they don't seem to be 100% clean.

In the past I’ve said this place was a Diamond in the Rough, but no more. I’ve stayed here for the past twenty years and boasted about it to my friends because of the price and the wonderful breakfast and in room coffee. Now 12/2022 the staff is unprofessional ,there is no more breakfasts, no in room coffee, bums sleep out front and poop; graffiti everywhere, gum and broken bottles scatter the sidewalk right in front of the entry. This place must have changed ownership because this place is a dump. Their neon sign out front is even missing light bulbs. I will never book or recommend this place to anyone ever. Rooms: at least the bed was comfortable and clean. Toilet ran all night long,grease on the carpets, I can go on but don’t want to waste my vacation anymore on this declining hotel. It’s really kind of sad to see.

건물이 오래되어 노후 된 점은 감안하여야하나, 카펫 교체가 시급해보였습니다. 침구는 잘 세탁해서 교체해주시는 것으로 보입니다. 곳곳에 먼지가 보이긴했지만 테이블, 침대 등은 찝찝함 없이 쓸 정도였습니다. 다른것보다 침대가 너무 폭신편안해서 꿀잠잤어요

Room was clean but they could have provided cleaner bed sheet. Variety in breakfast is very limited and worst part is lift was broken and hotel don’t provide any help to take luggage upstairs.

It has two sides

I have stayed here a couple of times before and greatly enjoyed the older but very good condition of the property (except the elevator that doesn’t work). This time, however, we were put in a room that could only be called shabby….the rug, the curtains, and the table in particular, were just that. The bed was comfortable. Everything including the bathroom was clean, the halls and downstairs fine. It still is very convenient to the main train station.

Unabhängig davon, dass sich die Gardinen nicht zuziehen ließen, war der Aufzug kaputt (anscheinend schon länger), auf dem Bett, die Fußleisten etc. Waren extrem staubig, und das Highlight war der Kühlschrank. Dieser, ebenfalls kaputt, wurde noch mit stinkenden Lebensmitteln vom Vorbewohner hinterlassen. Als diese dann entfernt wurden, wurde der Kühlschrank wieder ans Netz geschlossen. Vorher nicht eingesteckt, anscheinend aus gutem Grund. Dieser wurde in kürzester Zeit extrem heiß, was zu einem Brand hätte führen können, wenn ich nicht zwischenzeitlich zufällig ins Zimmer zurück gekommen wäre. An der Rezeption schaute man mich nur mit großen Augen an, eine Entschuldigung kam nicht, der Hausmeister sei krank und geflucht, wie sehr die Putzkraft einen ankotze vor den Gästen wurde auch. Unglaublich! Nie wieder!

The elevator in the hotel was out of order for our 7-night stay. The refrigerator in my room did not work. The hotel did not have air conditioning. We could open the windows, but there were no screens, so the mosquitoes came in. Trying to sleep while swatting at mosquitos does not make for a good night’s sleep. When we booked the hotel, we wanted breakfast to be included. When we got there, we found this meant that breakfast was available for a fee. The hotel was not in a desirable part of Frankfurt. The bathroom was small but adequate. The hotel was clean, and the room was taken care of every day.
