The room was not particularly clean. There were coffee splatters on the wall and dust clumps on the floor. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and the shower didn't drain well either. The airport is farther away than we expected. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was good. The man at reception was helpful with the shuttle.

The hotel was very good, but farther from the airport than expected. There were a few stores across the street which would have been helpful to be aware of the first day. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was good, and the full breakfast if you included in your booking was varied and good. Getting into the old town of Zurich was possible with the train, but all payments were via a machine, which took a few tries to figure out. In town there are very few manned information booths, so have your IT devices handy.
