Great family room

We stayed here as prices in Cologne were expensive. Trains run very frequently and take 20 mins. Not a lot in Troisdorf but a great clean, quiet and comfortable base. Would recommend this hotel

The parking possibility on the top is great, but I missed a sign or information how to lift up the door /fence when it is closed: on the way up you use the code, on the way down you have to pull the red/white chain!

House keeping was very poor. Used towels were just left in the room without replacing them . And cleaning of the room/ carpet was not there . Needs to improve a lot .

Chambre sale. Plein de poussière puis brosse de toilette très sale avec des traces. Oreiller dégueulasse avec des traces jaunes une honte dommage que je ne peux pas mettre des photos. Ménage non fait pendant 3 jours sans compter une mauvaise insonorisation toute la nuit on entend les trains passés si vous avez le sommeil léger vous ne pourrez pas dormir de la nuit car il y a des trains qui passent toute la nuit avec un intervalle d'une demi-heure

Schönes und Preiswertes Hotel in NRW. Super Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr Bahn und Bus. Zimmer sind super und was uns besonders gefallen hat - es gab einen kostenfreien Parkplatz und auch was zum Einkaufen (Backwerk) in unmittelbarer Nähe.
