The property is located in a scenic location. Check-in was a breeze and the property is absolutely clean and tidy. Staff are welcoming and there are smiles all around. Ample parking space around the property and great for a morning walk. Breakfast is scrumptious and the fresh yogurt vending machine is a first I have seen.

As a place to crash while traveling, it's fine. Basically Hilton took some decrepit old hotel, slapped a coat of paint on and rebranded it "spark". It's really fine, but you know, it's still a bit of a pig with some lipstick on it. You can see the old cracks and dirt under the paint, and the place still smells old. Having said that, it was exactly what we needed, and well worth it. It may have looked and smelled old, but it was clean and quiet and we slept very well before moving on. I wouldn't spend my honeymoon here, but that's not what it's for. If you are passing through Wytheville and you just need a place to crash, you can't get better than this for the price.
