I know people put positive reviews but it was horrible. The smell in the room was so absolutely unbearable. It is close to downtown but everything about the room was bad. The bed was uncomfortable.

Room generally was updated and clean. But it smelled very musty when you walked into the room and always was that way during our stay. In addition, the caulking around the tub was in horrible condition. There also was not enough towels and washcloths.

You cannot beat the location for the price. Great for a weekend stay for a couple. We will be staying there again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

It was not what we thought it was. It was good enough to sleep but tub was nasty bed was hard and it wasn't very clean

Both times the shower was used, water ram out in the middle. Had to wait a few minutes and turn back on to finish.

Checking in was smooth. However, upon entering the room there was a musky smell. Its a typical room to stay and sleep. There's a fridge and microwave, which is great because i went to the grocery store for food. So dont except it to be top notch. The bedside lamps did not have light bulbs. I addressed to the lady at the front and nothing was done during our stay there. I ended up using the bathroom light for more light. Its a 10 min walk to gatlinburg which was GREAT. Trust me, just walk, dont drive your car downtown. You'll end up paying $20-25 for parking.

I was placed at the far end of the building from the office. (Not a big deal) The WiFi was weak at that distance and kept going in and out and the remote for the TV didn't work. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and the room was clean. For the price it was sufficient.

Staff was kind of rude. My son dropped a lollipop and they met me at my car yelling at me about “what my son broke.” The service was my issue. They weren’t very friendly
