smoke alarm was removed with wires hanging from ceiling. bed sheets were filthy. asked to switch rooms, which they did. the bed was even more dirty and the mattress protector had brown stains all over it. electrical outlet plate was gone, leaving the outlet and wires exposed. asked for a refund.
