Hotel muito bem localizado, com garagem disponível mediante pagamento à parte e serviço de manobrista. O hall de entrada e a área do café da manhã, que funcionam em um espaço conjugado, são agradáveis e bem apresentados. O café da manhã é bom e atende às expectativas. O check-in e o check-out foram um pouco desorganizados, inclusive com cobrança de diárias que já haviam sido pagas. Na chegada, fomos informados de que não havia toalhas de banho e rosto suficientes para todos os hóspedes devido a um problema com o fornecedor responsável pela reposição. As toalhas só foram disponibilizadas na manhã do dia seguinte. Os corredores apresentavam um odor desagradável. O quarto possui cama de casal com quatro travesseiros de tamanho razoável. As roupas de cama estavam limpas e em bom estado. O banheiro é bom, bem iluminado, possui espelho e ducha higiênica. A manutenção geral do hotel é razoável.

Arrastei a cama e percebi que o chão não estava tão limpo. Estava bastante frio, quando pegamos o cobertor senti que não estava tão limpo (o cheiro não era de roupas limpas!). O atendente que nos atendeu não tinha muita paciência, principalmente com meus pais que eram idosos. No café todos foram cordeais! Um elogio para um senhor que estava recolhendo os pratos (um fofinho!). O café era bom, o pão de queijo maravilhoso! A localização não achei legal (proximidades muito perigosa). Restante acho que foi aceitável pelo valor que pagamos

Bom hotel, quarto e toalhas cheirosos, ambiente limpo, bom café da manhã. Localização boa, bem no Centro da cidade. Dispõe de estacionamento, mediante pagamento. Único ponto negativo é que acredito que havia alguma sala de serviço próximo, e tinha bastante movimentação e conversa. Fora isso tudo certo.

O quarto que ficamos possui uma aparência de antigo mas não era conservado, no teto do banheiro estava sujo e havia várias asas de insetos, a porta do box do chuveiro não vedava totalmente e molhava o chão do banheiro, a janela do quarto em um dos lados não há trava e isolamento apropriado. Pelo menos aquele quarto precisa de uma reforma urgente. Além disso ao lado do quarto que ficamos possuía alguma máquina que ficou fazendo barulho muito alto desde umas 23:30 hs até às 01 hs. Café da manhã é razoável em relação a hotéis na mesma faixa de valor. O que é excelente no hotel é a equipe de funcionários e o saguão do hotel que é muito bonito, com um estilo antigo mas bem conservado.
