Staff was great during check in. We got into the room. Air conditioner was not working. Smelt really bad. Carpets were not vacuumed. Crumbs all over the place. Bed had hair in it. Like someone just sat on the bed and gave themselves a hair cut. The wood floors were so dirty. I used a clorox wipe and it was picking up dirt and hair. Front desk had to replace the battery on the wall so the digital screen would work. That didn't work. Elevators broke during the arrival. Thankfully we only stayed one night. This place use to very clean. Hope once the construction is completed it's back to being neat and clean.
