The area around the hotel was very nice. The hotel property itself on the outside looked a bit shady and slightly run down which was surprising considering the area it’s surrounded by. The room was thankfully nicer than the outside of the place. Bed and shower were clean. Overall a good place to spend the night.

Was on a low budget trip to Cleveland and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame via motorcycle. Yes, I knew I was not checking in to a posh boutique hotel. But the overall experience was great. Spacious room. Quiet nights. No bugs. Great rate. That's all I was looking for and the WestSpring delivered.

Okay Hotel

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the coffee crap in the room was crap, older hotel, renovated for the most part not perfect, but the bed was clean and comfy air conditioner. Worked good bathtub. Had a crack in the fiberglass but the shower was fine. I wouldn’t pay their full rate. Luckily, I was able to get a discount through Hotels.com or Expedia was even less

It was very noisy, They were working on room next to mines. People on floor above VERY NOISY STOMPING AND RUNNING ON FLOOR. MY SINK WOULD NOT DRAIN WATER. DOORS HAVE A LARGE AND LONG GAP UNDERNEATH. I COULD SEE OUTSIDE CLEARLY

Disappointed

The room was updated and clean. How ever the property was not very good overall. We had staff knocking on our door at 10 pm to ask if people near by were bothering us . Random people were hanging out in the parking lot near our car and we didn’t feel very safe. Ultimately we ended up leaving and going to another hotel at 11 pm . Very unfortunate that we weren’t refunded and I used up my key cash for this room.

Run down, old super 8. Needs a lot of work. Front desk had nice people. Room should be cheaper than it already is, but may be a reflection of what's expected for that type of room and area. They had a guy working on repairing some furniture from his truck, right in front of our room's door (looked like the hotel's furniture). He was a friendly enough guy, but it was off-putting. I don't think the place could ever look or be clean enough without a major overhaul. I didn't have high expectations since it was just for an overnight on a longer trip, but I won't stay again.

I had an amazing time. I was there for a work trip and the staff made it a memorable experience from the time I stepped onto the property. I was met with the valet from Towne Park. Her name was Riannan I believe. She was swift and courteous. The staff who worked the banquet hall were all very polite. They moved like ninjas setting up and retrieving our items. The two that stood out were miss Mariangel (sorry for spelling that incorrectly) and Ana. I had a great checkout experience with Mrs. Love. And then when it was time to leave the valet were rushed with my group leaving but the Manager, Mr Ervin and his staff did a fantastic job of managing all of our cars and the valet were sprinting to the vehicles! Without breaking a sweat. I never seen Valet run as fast as they did! Irvin got my car I believe. Young gentleman with longer hair. I will be returning to the AC hotel if I’m ever in need of a hotel in FW!

This place was a verry dirty hotel, painting falling if the walls , cracked showers and only one light bulb worked in the whole room( probably did that on purpose to hide how dirty it is), Bugs , hair , and no refund . I stayed thirty minutes and left to sleep in my car .
