Positives:clean room throughout, everything works including the A/C (thank god), hot water in the shower and sink, warm food ready for breakfast, and conveniently close to the highway.
Negatives: bed frame squeaking every time I lay down, card reader on the door occasionally not cooperating with my room key (at one point, the reader just locked me out of my room and had to ask the desk clerk for help, took several times just to clarify the situation but at the end of the day, it was fixed), only one luggage cart available, not enough lightning (none by the door), water pressure in the shower could be turned up a bit, and the front desk clerks are not the greatest to understand meaning they’re from India. Absolutely nothing wrong with that, no offense to them at all but they are hard to understand either in person or over the phone.
The worst part is that they wanted my money before I arrived. I pacificily selected to PAY AT PROPERTY, but they called me and pretty much demanded me to pay for the room, even though I was about a hour away from the hotel. So with no choice, I was forced to pay, thank god my room wasn’t taken away. Customer service could be improved. Overall, the hotel wasn’t great but also wasn’t bad.
