The facility itself was good, and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, the parking situation was disappointing and should be communicated more clearly to guests.
The hotel charges for parking, yet the main parking area appears insufficient for the number of guests. When the lot fills up, guests are directed to additional parking areas around the property. These overflow areas have limited lighting, and there was no visible information regarding security cameras or monitoring.
When I raised concerns, staff assured me the area was generally safe but also stated that the hotel would not be responsible for any damage, theft, or other incidents involving parked vehicles. This puts guests in an uncomfortable position—paying for parking while assuming all of the risk themselves.
I am not suggesting the area is unsafe, but travelers should be aware of the situation before booking. If the hotel charges for parking, it should either provide a more secure and adequately lit parking experience or clearly disclose the parking limitations and liability policy upfront so guests can make an informed decision.
