The hotel is very dated. The door locks did not work as well as the TV only got a few stations and was often scrambled. The front desk staff was friendly and wanting to serve. They were the best part of the stay. Overall it is a hotel that is need of a major upgrade especially in the city of Oxford where there are some nice hotels for the same price.

The room (and hotel) smelled strongly of smoke. The sheets were stained (but did seem clean). The room overall was very dingy. The breakfast was terrible. As my husband put it, ‘fresh paint and wallpaper cannot save this hotel, only a bulldozer can’.

Dead bugs around the back of the bed and in the bath tub. Topper on one bed had cigarette burn holes. Could hear very easily through the walls to the next room.

Pool was not open, grounds not maintained. Continental breakfast was a joke. It was a slice of toast and a broken coffee machine. People fighting and cursing all night, slamming doors. Nothing worked. Top blanket was torn in several locations, room smelled like smoke. Daughter and I refused to even shower the bathroom was disgusting.

Only purpose of my stay was rest. My room was outdated, furniture from the 70's. It had mildew smell. Lot of noise, kids running, hitting walls throughout the night. Bed sheets had cigarett burns, office chair was broke, cushion chair smell like a thrift store return, bathroom light switch outside of bathroom. This place needs serious upgrades and should only serve as alternative to homeless. This hotel in it's current condition, I won't suggest to anyone!! I do feel the rooms on the inside are a lot better, but there are not that many and didn't see anyone checking out of those, probably were for the staff as far as I know.

There was a party going on in the room next to ours at 2 am with loud music and singing. I contacted front desk, but no action was taken by staff. Only one towel in room. My experience with this hotel was simply terrible.

everything was good they use to have waffles and other stuff to eat when you have a crew on the road its important to stay at hotel that serves breakfast so that eats dont cost so much while on the road
