Hotel receptionist was lovely, I checked in with my grandson, in to a family room, on Friday 6th of June.
The room had recently been decorated, but there was paint all over the carpet, and the carpet was really shabby. No tv in the room.
So we were staying for 2 nights, so I thought not to much of a problem, the beds were pretty decent.
The problem was when I went for a shower no water came out, it was trickling out and it was cold.
So I went down to reception to complain, the lady was lovely, she came up to the room, and said it wasn’t acceptable obviously with paint all over the carpet and no hot water.
She said couldn’t put us in another room as hotel was fully booked. And couldn’t refund us, because we had booked through hotels.com. So I would be very grateful if we could be refunded.
